Course Description
The first goal of this course is to give a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of the use of modern tools such as options, futures, and forward contracts in everyday practice.
This course also aims to introduce students to hedging techniques where derivatives are widely used to offset existing market risks.
Students will learn how financial institutions use derivatives for risk management, the market, hedging, and beyond the management of their finances.
